About PM Solutions Vietnam
PM Solutions Vietnam is a specialist advisory firm in energy project management, founded and run by practitioners who have personally led large-scale power projects in Vietnam.
We understand the core challenges of energy projects — managing stakeholders; handling technical, commercial and legal interfaces; executing plans proactively while adapting to change; and realising the benefits a project was built to deliver. We know them not from textbooks, but from decisions we have had to make, and answer for, at the hardest moments of a project.

To us, a Vietnamese identity in project management means applying international standards with clear judgement, grounded in a real understanding of Vietnam’s people, institutions and context — and learning from Vietnam’s own history of delivering projects.
Our Founder
Thien Van (Trương Văn Thiện)
Founding Director
More than 30 years in the energy sector, including over 20 years directly managing and leading large-scale thermal and gas-fired power projects in Vietnam.
He founded PM Solutions Vietnam to turn hard-won lessons from the field — successes and crises alike — into shared knowledge, so the next generation of project professionals can move faster and stand on firmer ground.
